As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to reach new clients and grow revenue.
  • Greet & interacts with Customers/Retailers.
  • Consults with customers/retailers to understand their needs.
  • Primarily focus should be on the sale of products and services to probable customers within a specific region.
  • Sell financial services to businesses and individuals.
  • Onboard new retailers and maintain existing retailers.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with the retailers.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously at different pipeline stages, while being able to close deals of varying complexity, size, and sales cycle.
  • Engage buyers and customers in a consultative selling approach
  • Ability to meet sales goals and targets.
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various marketing channels, including email, social media, and online advertising.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach new clients and increase brand awareness.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Participate in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Track and Analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in fintech and sales and marketing.
  • For the value addition, and enhancement of your career path the Line Manager/HOD may assign cross-functional tasks/assignments/projects to develop the skill set of the employee.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in fintech sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and products
  • Experience with lead generation and lead nurturing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus

  • Achievement of assigned monthly/quarterly/annual SKU wise targets.
  • Responsible to build adequate team/staff in your region.
  • Retail Addition as per given targets on monthly basis.
  • Increase the productivity and active retail base.
  • Responsible to increase availability of MyTM products and services at retail.
  • Responsible for regional Revenue, Secondary (Recharge) and primary (Advance Balance).
  • Business growth and improvement of market share within the assigned region.
  • Preparing volume forecasts and plans for individual team member and franchise.
  • Develop the market for Financial Services, Recharge and Tickets.
  • Ensuring and improving quality of sales.
  • Execution of Key strategic projects in line with organizational goals

  • Responsible to develop franchise network in your designated region.
  • Timely and effective communication of targets to the teams and its monitoring in region.
  • Profitability monitoring and staffing at Franchise network.
  • Regular market visits to gather insights and competitor information etc.
  • Act as a liaison between your market/team/franchise and the internal stakeholders/teams.
  • Responsible to build/develop Culture in your region - be respectful, positive, teamwork, growth mindset in internal (MyTM Employees) and external (Franchise Team).
  • Responsible to keep all staff motivated and conducting training/counselling sessions as per requirement.
